Non Speculative New Build New build contracts including factories, schools, churches, and old people's homes, have been undertaken since the early 1970s. Contracts include: Broomfield Place (see photo opposite), St Luke's Church at Cranham, Sports Hall for Ramsden School, Factory and Office complex for Goldway Networks, New Girls School at Brentwood.

Ecclesiastical Stonework, leadwork, and lime plaster repairs, together with gilding and re-decoration works, have been carried out by Bakers of Danbury to various ecclesiastical buildings in Essex and the surrounding counties since the early 1920s. Approximately 10 - 15 churches are being worked on at any time. Traditional skills, techniques, and materials are used. 	General Works General internal and external works are carried out by Bakers of Danbury on all types of residential and commercial properties. The type of work includes repairs, restoration, renovation, painting and decorating.

Structural Since 1978, the Company has been carrying out underpinning, piling, superstructure and plaster repairs, together with final re-decorations works, to various types of buildings suffering from structural movement. Our craftsmen recognise they are working in private homes and make every effort to minimise disruption and inconvenience.
