St. Cedd’s School, Maltese Road, Chelmsford
A new teaching block consisting of three general teaching classrooms for Years 2 and 3. The building employs an exposed laminated timber structure with a parabolic roof to create an exciting teaching environment.
The building was required to achieve a high standard of energy efficiency and uses a ground source heat pump and a heat recovery ventilation system.
